Acceptance of terms
By registering for ASUP'26 or using this website you accept these terms in full.
Registration and payment
Registration is confirmed only after payment is verified by the secretariat. Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another delegate before 1 October 2026.
Submissions
Authors warrant that submitted work is original, unpublished and free of plagiarism. The conference reserves the right to reject any submission that fails review or ethical standards.
Intellectual property
Authors retain copyright and grant the conference a non-exclusive licence to publish accepted papers in the proceedings.
Conduct
All delegates are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct in physical and virtual sessions. The organisers may remove any participant in breach of this standard.
Programme changes
The organisers may amend the programme, speakers or venue arrangements where necessary and will communicate changes promptly.
Liability
The organisers are not liable for personal loss, injury or travel costs arising from attendance.
