Submission guidelines

  • Papers must be original, unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
  • Use the official abstract or full paper template from the Downloads page.
  • Abstracts: 250–300 words with 3–6 keywords.
  • Full papers: maximum 15 pages including references, APA 7th edition.
  • Accepted formats: DOC, DOCX or PDF, maximum 20 MB.
  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

Copyright agreement

By submitting, authors confirm the work is original and grant ASUP'26 a non-exclusive licence to publish the paper in the conference proceedings, in print and electronic form. Authors retain copyright and may reuse the work with appropriate acknowledgement of the conference.
